I began with 400iu of vitamin E daily and increased to 800iu. Initially, at 400iu, my period blood changed, the lumps vanished, and the colour became bright red. After moving to 800iu, my back pain vanished altogether.
Vitamin E has been a lifesaver for my cycle irregularity and back pain. After suffering from endometriosis and severe monthly pain, my doctor recommended high doses of vitamin E. After a month and a half of taking it, my back pain subsided and eventually disappeared.
These tablets are small and easy to consume. Despite initial uncertainty about their effectiveness, I continued, and now, my back pain has completely disappeared. I believe lack of vitamin E caused my menstrual pain, and I will continue taking it.
I've been taking two tablets a day for six months for better blood flow, and I've seen remarkable improvements in my back pain and acne. Initially, my menstrual pain was severe, but it is now significantly improved, lasting only five days instead of seven.
Vitamin E is excellent for women's hormones and enhances blood circulation. I'm menopausal and have noticed benefits. I'm also addressing early dementia issues with vitamin E for better brain blood flow. Additionally, it alleviates my daughter's menstrual pain, relieving the back pain she experienced.
